Planting season is upon us, is your train layout ready?

At our house the past month has been all about gardening. Due to an exuberant gardener in the family we now have a Japanese garden in front, split rail fencing up front and in the back accented with rusted antique wheels and such. Its looking rather good.

What about for your Z scale community? Well, we have a garden supply for them.

Tallest point on the Garden Center is roughly 1-1/2 inches, everything is tiny. Accessories include a resin stake-bed truck kit, picnic tables, three different ladders, a dozen planter tables, four commercial plant stands, three push carts, four shovels and four rakes, several different planter pots of various sizes, materials for making small trees, three shades of Woodland Scenics greenery, and finely-cut building details.

Sometimes I'll get inspiration for a structure just by looking at it in real life size. Take the common garden greenhouse, you might find this at your local hardware store.
Then again you might want it a bit smaller:

For now it's back to real life planting.....
